- Numerous management reports provide detailed status and history of your firm’s billings
- Generate reports allocating income by staff member, originating or responsible attorney, area of law, referral source, or by user-defined formula
- Productivity reports give detailed accounting of your firm’s performance based on over sixty different statistical items
- Accounts receivable reports show aged outstanding balances as of any date
- Periodic activity summary report shows the beginning and ending balances for your accounts receivable, work in progress, and retainer and trust accounts for any period of time, also showing a summary of all activity during that period
- Generate most reports to a csv file which can be opened in Excel
- Time-at-a-glance screen shows daily or monthly totals of hours worked, fees generated, or cash received. Click on a day or month to display all activity for that day or month
- Our Local Area Network module (additional cost) allows an unlimited number of users to access the program simultaneously on a local area network
- Security function enables you to assign a user ID, password, and set of rights to each program user if you want to limit access to certain functions
