Personalized Support
Perhaps what is most unique about the Tussman Program is the personalized support we have provided our customers, many of whom have been using our program for over 20 years. Through this direct contact we have received the feedback necessary to continually improve and upgrade the program, making it so easy to use and trouble free that some days our customer support line hardly rings at all! But should you need support, we are there to answer your questions personally, almost always without having to be put on hold or wait for a call back.
Before using customer support we encourage you to consult our comprehensive User Manual, which includes a Troubleshooting and Support section addressing some of the more common issues that arise. To access the User Manual, select Help from the program’s main menu or press the F1 function key from any screen in the program for the help topic related to that screen. The program also includes Tutorials which guide you through the basic steps in using the program, also accessed from the Help menu.
Purchase of the program includes 90 days of unlimited toll-free telephone support, after which you can purchase an optional annual support contract. This contract entitles you to continuing unlimited telephone support, to receive minor program updates at no charge, and to a 50 percent discount on major upgrades which are generally introduced every three to four years. Pricing for the annual support contract ranges from $300 to $700 annually depending on the size of your firm.

Sometimes firms ask us about the availability of on-site training for your staff. Depending on your location, sometimes this can be arranged. However, our experience has shown that the vast majority of our customers are able to get the program up and running on their own, using the program’s built in help manual and tutorials, backed up by our customer support line.
We are also more than willing to work with our customers in the unusual case where customization of the program is necessary to meet some special requirement.
