New Document Management Feature Added 02/06/2021
You can now attach documents to a client’s file. Click on the new DOC button on the client screen and it will bring up a list of that client’s documents. Click ADD to add a new one and then click the SELECT FILE button to find the file you want to attach. Enter an optional Description and click OK to save it. Once added you can click on any document on the list to open it in your PDF viewer or other appropriate application. To view a complete list of all documents select Client Documents from the Clients menu.
We also added a feature where you can view a PDF copy of a bill which was emailed by highlighting it on the Email Log and clicking the View File button.
This feature is incorporated in our latest 11.6 update which you can download from the Downloads page.
